The GHRPC is one of nineteen organizations operating as a sub-state planning and development agency serving the State of Missouri. The region includes Caldwell, Carroll, Chariton, Daviess, Grundy, Harrison, Linn, Livingston, Mercer, Putnam and Sullivan Counties.
